After cruising around for a little bit we made our way back to our gate. After they checked my Visa and ticket my Professor and I boarded a bus which took us to our plane. ANA Airlines was superb. The entire crew were extremely friendly and we were given a meal even though the plane ride was only four hours. The ride was rough. A lot of wind caused a bumpy ride. The sunset over Japan made up for the rough ride. 16 hours later I arrived in China. :)

It was 820p local time in Beijing. After exiting the plane I was stopped for not filing out an arrival slip. After filling out the form I waited in line for my passport and visa to be verified. The woman took my arrival slip, stamped my Visa and that was it. I rode a tram to the baggage claim where I found my Professor and another student from UH Manoa who had flew in from Taiwan for the trip. A man with a little TAMU sign met us at the exit and took us to our hotel. The roads were busy even though it was 9p at night. We met the hosts of our excursion and immediately checked into our rooms. The rooms were westernized and had a familiar setup to American hotels. I took a shower and prepared for my first day. I was exhausted from the travels of today and fell asleep immediately.
